Experience mindfulness, flow and deep relaxation on this unique day retreat.  You’ll experience yoga, meditation, a clay experiential, a lecture on how to achieve flow and sound therapy. 

A Flow Day retreat is a unique opportunity to explore how mindfulness and flow interact:


Flow is characterised by a feeling of being completely absorbed in a specific activity, whereas when one is mindful, one is open and receptive to everything in the present moment.


The non-judgmental attitude that characterises mindfulness is a prerequisite for going beyond the “struggle” phase that we are faced with prior to entering into flow.   

A direct effect of the pandemic has been to deprive us of the very thing that makes us human and gives meaning to our lives – our physical connection with other people.

So come to Flow space for the day; Join in and feel better! 





9.30am  –  Arrive and introductions


10am –      Gentle Vinyasa Flow and Yin yoga with Lucy Kozlowska from Yoke Yoga


11am –      Mindfulness meditation with Barnaby Hosking


11.30am – Tea break


11.45am – Flow workshop by Josh Dickson


1pm –        Lunch at Brunswick East or Momo's (not included)


2pm -        Clay experiential class with Barnaby Hosking 


4.30pm –  Sound therapy with Nicki Le Masurier


5.30pm –  Finish and goodbyes
